Initiate Your Request
Log into your Ausmod account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect the device for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
